What we collect

When you sign up: your company or your name, your website if you give it, your email address and a hashed password. When you use Workshop, in your browser or in the Weft app: the vehicle checks you save, the messages and requests you send us, and basic logs (IP address, browser) to keep the service safe.

The waitlist

When you join the waitlist: your email address, your country and, if you give them, your vehicle and the product you're interested in. We use them only to tell you when Weft can be ordered in your country. Every email has a link that deletes your entry.

Your logo

If you give us your website, we look up your logo from it once, the way a browser would, and store a copy. You can change or remove it at any time.

What we use it for

To run your account, answer your questions, handle Core requests and send the emails you need, such as confirmations. We don’t sell your data and we don’t use it for advertising.

Where it lives

Vehicle and owner data is stored in the EU. Our email provider sends messages on our behalf.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of your data, or to correct or delete it, at [email protected]. Accounts that are never confirmed are deleted after 7 days.
